Hi mihabosa,
yes, I'm afraid alignment only works for monospaced fonts such as Consolas. If you and your team really want to use a proportional font, I guess it would be best to simply deactivate the cleanup rules (or rule options) that create alignment inside of code lines, i.e. "inner space changes" (while the rule and options that change the number of spaces at line start will of course still work).

Regardless of any ABAP Cleaner settings, I'd highly advise using a monospaced font whenever you're working with code. 😉
