In order for all the images to be responsive, they all need to be the same dimensions and be the correct dimensions to fill the containers at the largest breakpoint.
Also, is there a reason you are using bootstrap but not using any of bootstrap's responsive containers? I've noticed the event section is all custom containers when it could just be a single bootstrap row.
Attached is an image of all the cards with the images at their full dimensions, with no scaling

i have removed some containers on my local repo . mostly things are fixed
from codein-community-website.
