I've upgraded the help page infrastructure, but haven't tested it yet. Next I need to write the help for each of the (relevant) modules that we have so far.

Just tested it and written the help sections for most of the modules that need one. If I've missed one (and I probably have), please open an issue.
I've also added a developer's help page that can be accessed though a link at the bottom of the regular page. Currently it just contains a link to the module API docs and lists the help sections, their index names, and their sizes in a table.
