Just to expand on this, I'd love to see the integration include Trakt lists (meaning the default Watchlist and custom lists). One of Mancuniancol's scripts had the ability to only sync with Trakt lists that contained the keyword 'Pulsar'. That was a great feature, since it allowed me to separate movies/shows that I wanted integrated into Kodi, and ones that I didn't want integrated.

Other than that, integration with IMDB watchlists would be great too.

Oh, and one other thing would be great, but might be a bit of a stretch to implement. It would be awesome if there could get a setting that was something like "Integration: Allow Duplicates?" that was defaulted to 'Off.' So if I had 'The Prestige' on my Movies Trakt list that get's integrated, but I also have a local copy of 'The Prestige' on my computer, then it would skip the act of adding a .strm file for The Prestige. If the allow duplicates setting was 'On' then the file would get integrated and I would have two copies of The Prestige in my movie library.
