I don't know if this really resolvable. It seems like takeout data is not guaranteed to be complete every time. Different runs give me roughly all the posts but in the low double digits of random posts that are either left out or included. So for instance I have an export from two days ago and one from today. A diff showed 13 removals and 26 insertions. The removals weren't because of posts that I deleted, they are just randomly omitted. That insertions do include new posts, but also some old posts which were apparently not included in the previous export.
That said, searching by profile id I have 2113 public posts and by takeout 2056 public posts. Even with the above irregularities there must still be some other discrepancy. I was going to download the csvs of them and start diffing, but came across another problem. The one by id downloaded fine, but the takeout one crashes the chrome tab. :-) Apparently the href=data:text in the data_download span is too big for it to handle (3623 total posts).
