Adds an application "Custom Autofill" to your navigation menu. It's designed for fulfillers who create tickets a lot for callers. Basically, a user can pre-set fields on the incident form that they always enter, and from then on whenever they go to create a new incident, it will fill out those fields automatically. It will even add a "Good morning [Caller first name], Thank you for contacting [Group name]" to the comment field. Group managers can also restrict what fields their groups are allowed to default. It's made to go with no configuration needed. ITIL users have access to the application and only group managers can manage group restrictions.
