a few preliminary observations * perhaps we could have a "visualize" block that incorporates the chemiscope output as well as other utilities? * one thing that I'd be very keen to bring in here is the generalized convex hull construction. * should the normalize/center matrices go in preprocess/kernels?

block, would it include the plotting utilities? I wasn't sure if we wanted to move them here. - I figured we might use the center/normalize a bunch, hence being in utils. It could also be warranted in post-processing

I think having an analysis
section may be a bit dangerous, as so much of what we do can be considered analysis
I'd more likely prefer to follow sklearn
on this, where more one-off scripts are directly under the src directory alone.
