First follow the telegram channel with the link I provided. Then setup two step verification on telegram, settings > privacy and security > two step verification. Then go to my.telegram.org and login > API development tools to create app to get your apiId and apiHash.
Then download notepad++, right click on cmcBot.js and select edit with notepad++. Then fill out apiId, apiHash, wallet address, wallet seed phrase and investmentAmount and then save the file to a location convenient to you. Then download node.js from nodejs.org. Then open command prompt and go to the directory where you saved cmcBot.js with the cd command ex (cd C:\Users\CmcBotFolder)Then use the commands
npm install ethers
npm install telegram
npm install input
Then to run the bot use the command
node cmcBot.js

Which version of node js did you install? If you installed current you'll have to uninstall nodejs and install LTS version that's recommended for most users.
