Besides the leak in fftw, there was another leak in fold(), and that was the origin of the bug I reported.
Basically, if called with very extreme parameters, the variable lophase can assume negative values and point to negative bins in buffer.
But it requires unphysical parameters, as I realized.
The leak in fftw holds, but I think it's something that has nothing to do with PRESTO.
