ended up being something in the classloader.php file.

Well guess that didn't fix it.
So as a test I created a new controller. copied Google_Service_MyBusiness_MediaItem class out of the vendor folder.
changed my use to the new controller and it's working. I'm not sure whats conflicting in that vendor file.

OMG.. I was on composer 2.0.8 and it caused it not to pull all the classes into autoload_classmap.php as soon as I rolled back to composer 1.10.21 it worked fine. So not sure what composer changed to make it behave this way.
