Not sure if it's possible to get/set the workspace pan position from scratch-blocks currently, so that might need to be added over there. It might make sense though that this should be the responsibility of scratch-gui (no reason for the VM to know where the workspace is located). And hopefully wherever you store this value could also be the place where we store the undo/redo stack for each sprite.
