`OBSTACLE_OBJECT_TYPES` causes `includes` argument to be too narrow, defeating the purpose of it existing. about typed-screeps HOT 1 CLOSED

I think we should blame typescript's definition for Array.includes instead of OBSTACLE_OBJECT_TYPES, as Array.includes requires the type of array and the item to be same

Here is a custom includes I use
