appcfg.py integration about google-app-engine-django HOT 6 CLOSED

Okay, so these don't work for django 0.96, 'cause they don't let you add new 
commands
in any way (has a large switch equivalent), so I guess I'll hold off on 
submitting them

Yeah, Django 0.96 sucks here. I think this is one of those situations where the
functionality is useful enough that we should add it anyway and just put up 
with it
not being available in 0.96.

The only change that I would suggest is to reset the logger level to WARN before
calling appcfg.main. This matches what the appcfg command expects to be called 
with.
At the moment appcfg gets called with the logger set to INFO which results in 
lots of
verbose output for each file in the project (similar to appcfg.py -v). 

If you fix that up I'd be happy enough for this to be submitted.

Added logging bits, also removed the parts in __init__.py that are useless for 
0.96,
can commit the patch if it all looks good to you

No more v096_command stuff either
