Send collection to InfluxDB about influx-line-protocol HOT 2 CLOSED

I suspect (I've only just found it, I'm not familiar with it yet) this library is intended to be used with the telegraf exec or execd input plugins, or maybe intended to produce data to be posted directly to influxdb. Actually doing the publishing thing is probably out of scope for this package (I hope so at least, since that keeps this package simple without any I/O dependencies).
