I believe you are not supposed to open this project in Unity but rather directly in Visual Studio. (Or another IDE of your choice but the project already has a Visual Studio solution).

Hi, as others have said this is not a Unity project. If you open it in visual studio and run it from there, it will open a window where you can test your bot.
