The only place that you can set whether a meeting is recorded is on the Create Event page and after that it is impossible to see whether the meeting with be recorded or not. Additionally you can't modify that setting on any page.

I was just investigating how the recording is managed by the system and I don't think recording is working at all. I created a 10 min meeting with recording enabled and after I started and finished it there was no recording.
