timepicki.js - please remove duplicate line about timepicki HOT 3 OPEN

Hi,

I found the issue when changing hours or minutes with the keyboard keys (Up/Down). You need to add the following lines to the validate function:

// assign number.
if (hours < 10) {
    hours = '0' + hours;
}
input.val(hours);

and for minutes as well:

// assign number.
if (minutes < 10) {
    minutes = '0' + minutes;
}
input.val(minutes);

Please update the timepicki.js to solve the issue mentioned above.

Hi,

I've already done that. But I am not authorised to push changes to the
repo. This is one of the reasons why I asked to remove the duplicate line,
because somebody else might come across the same issue I had using the code
published on the repo.
