Currently there is not support for Product Attributes but we are working on it and we are almost ready with the product attributes support. We plan to merge it in the main branch till the end of this week.

Now you can map product attributes to products and manage their attribute values.
You can do this as part of the create/update product calls.
If you want to add a new product attribute simply specify it as part of the product attributes collection of the product and they will be added. If you want to remove a given product attribute simply remove it from the list of product attributes of the products. Same as with the product images.
This is done like this to save additional requests to a separate endpoint for the attributes but if needed we can add it later.
