Can you check if there is a table WebHooks.WebHooks in your database?
Also check if there is a connection string named "MS_SqlStoreConnectionString" in the Web.config file of the Nop.Web project.

The connection string "MS_SqlStoreConnectionString" does exist. In regards to whether the WebHooks table exists I'll need to get back to you later today and confirm whether this is true.

How is this table created? Is it part of the plugin initialisation. If so this may explain why it does not exist as the WebHooks code base was merged into the plugin and was not re-installed.

You should reinstall the plugin in order for it to create the WebHooks table.
