Turns out to not be a wiley journal issue, but a weird punctuation and long title problem.

Punctuation fixed by stripping it all out of strings using a regex before comparisons.

Long titles are truncated by GS, and so they do not match what is returned from the crossref query. We now have a method that truncates the crossref title and compares the two truncated strings.
