I'm assuming you've got it working since you closed the issue, but I thought I'd reply anyway: If you look at the examples (both in the default branch and in the named-workers branch) you'll see that a few files (the config.php and error_handlers.php) are included with require_once() statements. But after that, all the required classes are loaded using the autoloader that's defined in the config.php.
