Thanks for the bug report. Please can you edit your example to be fully self contained and reproducible?

Hey there,
I'm also encountering the same error: TypeError: predict() got an unexpected keyword argument 'ntree_limit'
I'm using xgboost version 2.0.3 and shap version 0.41.0.

TypeError: predict() got an unexpected keyword argument 'ntree_limit'
This was fixed by #2987 . I would suggest upgrading to the latest release.
For the original issue, we still don't have a complete reproducible example so we can't investigate further. If you still encounter this bug in recent versions of shap, please feel free to open a new issue and please include a minimal example and the full traceback.
