Better preprocess for adidtional targets (sudar G) about hqmp HOT 4 CLOSED

Maybe better to think of preprocessor as state machine:

1. Not-initialized
2. Initialized
3. Afterr target preprocessing + random preprocessing
4. After adding additional layers
5. After adding connecting points
6. After adding additional targets (+ target preprocessing)

Etc. Neet to draw some state machine.

Agreed. This is easy to implement.
I'll address this after I'm done with path recovery.

Sure, however we shall discuss the state machine together, as all
preprocessing parameters are invloved.
