named_scope is not working about liquid HOT 2 CLOSED

I got a solution from google group guys. Actually named_scope returns all records in pseudo-array instead of array while ActiveRecord returns records in array. That's why ActiveRecord is working in this case.

Because From the Liquid documentation:
"When you pass variables to be available in a Liquid template,
Liquid accepts a limited number of object types —
Strings, Arrays, Hashes, Numerics, and Booleans."

So If we fetch records by User.active.all, it started working in liquid template also.

It should also be possible to define a .to_liquid method on ActiveRecord::AssociationProxy class which simply defers to .all . That would mean that all records of an association will be queried when someone accesses it from liquid. However, this seems like it would be expected behavior.
