Single level snippets don't expand correctly about neocomplcache.vim HOT 3 CLOSED

This behavior is correct.
1 level deep tab or spaces is deleted.

In my enviroment, cursor position is below.

What is your filetype? And please send your snippet file.

My filetype is Perl. I use a lot of plugins and have a large vimrc so maybe it's something on my end that's breaking it... I can investigate further tomorrow. In the mean time you can find my snippet file here.
