The website is not showing new projects.

It will you just need to update the hosting of website .

because as you will run the website locally it is working fine i have tested it with updated projects so there is some issue with hosting try to update the hosting.

I guess hosting is having issue but i can't see proper logs

Ya you can try because in my end all projects are added after re-hosting but that should not be the case for github pages
