In header.php locate the following lines:

</div>

Change them to:

  date_default_timezone_set("America/New_York");
  echo date("F j, Y, g:i a");
  ?></strong>
</div>

Change the timezone from America/New York to whatever you want based on the supported timezones in this URL: http://www.php.net/manual/en/timezones.php
