Looks like you are running python 3.10 which is not supported by this library. The python versions that are officially supported are 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9.
This is a numpy error, not a coronacheck-tools related error and it looks like the wheels have not been found for numpy 1.19.3 under python 3.10.
