I am available to perform any test in case there is some developer who is interested in making this ESC + Motor combination work. :-)
Until that, I am describing the new test:

Test 1
*ON FAST THROTTLE CHANGE there is not red light, but the motor sound with the caracteristic sound of a sync loss, it does not accelerate, it spins but is not giving power. I have to throttle down and then increase so it can spin correctly.
*ON HIGH THROTTLE, when increasing the throtle slowly, I am able to go up to the 70 ~80% after that, the same sound which make me think of a sync loss. Also no red light, but if I INCREASE THE THROTLE MORE over 80 ~90% it spins properly again, and keep spining properly even in 100% throttle.

2- Latest FW with COMP_PWM=1
I have read that COMP_PWM can help to avoid sync loss, so I tried. It behaves worse that with COMP_PWM=0. On high throttle out of sync noise from 60 ~ 70% to the max, never recovers until throtle down.
3- Latest FW with MOTOR_ADVANCE=18 (From originaly 15 set in .inc file)
-Same results as test 1
4- Latest FW with MOTOR_ADVANCE=18 and TIMING_OFFSET=14
-Same results as test 1
5- Latest FW with MOTOR_ADVANCE=11 and TIMING_OFFSET=14
-Same results as test 1
Hmm, looks like I can make a lot of combinations of this 2 parameters
