i have try with iceweasel (firefox) and chromium. i use debian with apache.
i have removed the php connector of jqueryfiletree and update the other file.
i have no idea of the problem.

Very annoying .....
I just git cloned in a new directory and renamed scripts/filemanager.config.js.default to scripts/filemanager.config.js and it works like a charm (ubuntu 10.04 tested with FF3.6.13, Chrome 8.0.552 and Opera 10)

i have tryed filemanager out of ckeditor and i have know thing make the error.
when i choose an image by ckeditor in the url of the filemanager "type=Images" not show nothing image! while if in the url there isn't the problem not happened.
i have tryed also out of ckeditor and problem persist.
i use ckeditor 3.5. i have try with the default configuration.

I tried filemanager without integrating it into ckeditor but the problem does not happen.
i have discovered that if in the url there is "type=Images" i have the problem of this issues.

Got it!

When we implemented the Images type feature, we choose to use singular and low case type=image ** (and not type=Images)

For compatibility reason with CKfinder, I just replaced type=image by type=images (case-insensitive).
Just update your git repository. It should work now.
