Glyph parameter overrides not working about dotter HOT 2 OPEN

I can't reproduce this; there was a problem where the dot size was not changing (because it simply used the font-wide component, instead of transforming its scale to match the override), but the others seem to work for me.

This exact glyph override seems to work only if you check the override box while editing the Regular master layer. If you follow my exact instructions (which involves only viewing the Pendot Preview master in a tab) then the overide does not get applied. Then if at that point you switch to editing the Regular master, the override is not applied in the live preview:

If you toggle the override box off and on the live preview will properly respect the setting, and the next time you run Create preview master it will update the Pendot Preview master - but only if you've gone back to the Regular layer and toggled the setting.

A further problem is that if you've set overrides (dot size and spacing) while editing the Regular master, then switched to Pendot Preview and Create preview master, the overrides get applied. However if you then (while still looking at the Preview master) remove the override values, untick those two boxes, then run Create preview master again the Preview master is not updated:
