Add checkbox input about express-admin HOT 7 CLOSED

The #14 issue is for inputs with static values (data are added manually), but this issue is for input with dynamic values(data from DB) ;)

Like I said earlier try to be as descriptive as possible when opening new issues. And since I don't know what you are talking about, I guess that you want to have checkboxes for many to many relationships. Is that it?

No, For example, i has a DB field: "status" (1 => locked,0 =>unlocked) and i when to have checkbox input in add/edit form for this field. it's clear ?

OK, I'm assuming that both issues are related to boolean values.
