Hi wwwdotphilip,
Glacier is slow (hence the name) so it takes 24 hours for uploads to appear in inventories and become available for download. It's been a few days since you posted this message so they should be available now. I can not stress enough the importance of your log files. As soon as you successfully upload Amazon will return an archiveID that SAGU saves to a file for you. That's what's going to link the name of the file that you upload to the archiveID that exists on Amazon's servers. Let me know if you're still having issues.
