Add `Regex#namedGroups`? about regex HOT 3 CLOSED

Actually, this doesn't seem that feasible. There's no way to get the name of the groups.

So we either need to:

1. Make the user provide an array of the names (which makes it a lot less nice)
2. Extract the names from the regex. This is both fragile and slow.

I'm open to other ideas.

I think adding Regex#groups(withNames names: [String]) -> [String: Group] would be the best solution.

Hmm, even if you used the above, you would still have to unwrap the dictionary access, so there wouldn't be much of an improvement to the usability. I think #4 would be a better solution to improve the DX.
