No icons about necromancy HOT 7 OPEN

So after a bit of googling, it turns out that people using Optifine are having the same problem, even people who don't even include this mod. My guess is that it's Optifine's fault and that there's nothing I can do about it.

The same problem was with the mod CraftHeraldy, but it can be solved as follows:
Disabling texture preload in config.
"This prevents the textures from being loaded on startup, decreases load times, but creates a lagspike the first time you open mod's GUI."
Please add the following parameter in your config
