NFR: Ability to reverse form elements and span elements on create about gm_config HOT 7 CLOSED

I'll implement this so that if the label is the first property then the label element will be created and added first. Otherwise the label element will be tacked on at the end.

It does seem to work with the label property but it would be nice to have it on the options tags too :) Reopen? :)
