This happened to me earlier this morning. While I can't replicate the problem each time, all I did to fix this was restart my R session and I was fine. The code above navigated to the web for the key and I was good to go from there.

A similar thing just happend to me - reinstalled
library(rga)
help(rga) - # works fine
rga.open(instance="gademo")
Error: object 'rga.open' not found
ls("package:rga")
character(0)

Nevermind, I think I downloaded just as you were updating or similar :) Working now.

Yes, there was some bugs with the new Namespace-file, that also gave some bugs for other users. Hopefully everything works for everybody now!

I got this same error just now. I restarted R, closed my open browsers, and on second time it worked.
