I like this one. is this the best source for the data.http://www.houstontx.gov/heatmaps/ it looks like a lot information exist here. Is this more so the algorithm for "worst first".

We could try to use the water level sensors around Houston to see how fast bayous are filling or draining. Data is available at http://www.harriscountyfws.org/
Our team is scraping current sensor values and making it available via API, feel free to use it, we're gonna add more sensors during the day.
