The fontspec package can be used to load the TU Delft font files from a fonts/ folder as follows:

To couteract the problem of not being able to pass values to the viewport option of \includegraphics the following answer from SO can be used:

Sadly, this option does not fix the issue of the entire image file being placed in the compiled .pdf since LaTeX does not have destructive clipping
from tudelft-light.
