Review all (West-side!) WOF geometries for deprecation about quiencle HOT 2 CLOSED

Steps to do this:

1. obtain brooklyn integer for the edited polygon in my whosonfirst.geojson file.
2. replace the id with the brooklyn interger for the neighborhood in question. also remove the label longitude and latitude values.
3. copy the polygon from the old wof file that epps gave me; and paste it into my whosonfirst.geojson file that I'm working on. designate this polygon as deprecated.

Reviewing these polygons now:

• For the first draft, I have not created new polygons for warehouse district and gateway district as I am not sure whether they will have significant events in them (specifically, their place classification. In both cases, their geometries were altered relatively minimally from their WOF origin).
