Can't assign requested address about catt HOT 10 CLOSED

I've made this branch, that just uses netifaces instead of socket without trying anything fancy. It'd be interesting to see if this makes any difference on its own.

I can't reproduce this. Is it because we are trying to use a port that is already in use?

I don't think so, my desktop could reproduce it pretty consistently. I'll do some testing when I'm home, as I'm in Rome for the weekend.

My educated guess would be that this is ipv6 related. If this is the case, I think we should consider using netifaces (already pulled in by pychromecast -> zeroconf) to find the local ip-address.

It might be, but if I remember correctly I tried to print the address it was finding and it was the right IPv4 one. I'll double-check, though.
