Yeah, I probably should. Guess I'm lazy.
Basically the numbers (like 6.8 in the image below) are the probabilities that agiven move is the best move in the position based on tons of random playouts. The one highlighted red is the very best.
If you're playing Qwixx, you can click the tiles to match your score card and the values of each die. It will then try to find the best way to score.
