像是grade-3.3.0没有下载下来，翻墙试试；
或者暂时把device_info屏蔽了。

后来发现是我之前配置的代理导致的问题。
在 C:\Users\user\.gradle\下有个gradle.properties文件，文件里有如下几行：
systemProp.https.proxyPort=8087
systemProp.http.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.https.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.http.proxyPort=8087
这个应该是我之前在android studio里配置代理自动生成的，但现在这个代理不用了，就是可以用，也有可能出现上面的问题。
所以把这4行注释了就行了
