Hey @SamirBoulil - I think there's some confusion about how route() works. It's intended to route conversation flows, so when you call msg.route() - that makes it so the next event that comes from that user, in that same channel will get sent to the handler you specify. It won't immediately execute that handler.

If you have some similar behavior you want to perform where you're currently calling msg.route() - I've found encapsulating that in a function of it's own (perhaps taking the msg object as a property) and then calling it in those places that need it to work well.
