Actually I'm wondering - was it originally built as a 64-bit module?
I'm packaging using a 32-bit Electron, so maybe that's the issue?

As I suspected, I was correct. It appears the node module is 64-bit. I repackaged my application using 64-bit Electron and it is working.
(Note that I wasn't able to rebuild the asarmor package in 32-bit; I got several compilation errors.)
