Change the solidity version in the hardhat.config file

@daalmana The problem is that at this point in the course I still don't have a hardhat.config file. Also, I believe it is not normal that all solidity compiler options have disappeared from the settings or preference menu.

I deleted all folders related to the lesson and uninstalled solc
yarn remove solc
Then proceeded to run
yarn add solc
This downloaded a fixed version 0.8.14 which seemd to be the source of all the errors.
I went ahead and run
yarn add [email protected]
and now the version error has disappeared from the version declaration for SimpleStorage
I will monitor while progressing through the lesson again to see if the issue returns further down the line.
