Seems your issue is with the AggregatorV2V3Interface
You can try to create a new file in your test folder and then flatten (copy/paste) The code for AggregatorV2V3Interface to import it into MockV3Aggregator locally. (Same with AggregatorV3Interface if you still have issues with it)
Also, if you are having issues with the version you can always use the v8 version of the contracts.
You can also try to make sure all of your pragma versions are identical and fixed (without the ^)
