Don't know if the API directly supports this or not but:

Vlans, subnets, and static routes should be filterable by datacenter

cjm: It is doable. Easiest way it to pull them in from Location(_Datacenter) with object masks. You could also do some filtering on a call from Account as well.

Once #165 is merged, most of the features requested in this issue will have been implemented. The only things remaining are static subnets and RIR registration. I'll create a new issue for those and push it to a later milestone.
