但是不全屏就是正常的，全屏以后甚至连materialyou的弹窗模糊背景功能都没了

这个其实是 Material You 和网易云的锅。网易云全屏之后弹的窗口是不一样的，字要大一点，位置也在 body dom 的外部，但 MD You 只对 body 内的元素进行处理
