uninitialized constant Chef::Provider::RedisioInstall::RedisioHelper about redisio HOT 5 CLOSED

The issue must be that it's not including the helper library for some reason. I didn't have this happen in any of the VMs I tested in. Could you let me know a bit more about the env its running in? Version of chef, distribution of Linux, version of ruby and anything else you think might be useful

FYI, i have no RVM installed on my server, should i do so?
